Privacy Policy

This page is a data-protection framework, not final legal copy. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before this policy is relied on as final. HTMA for Women does not currently operate under a separate registered legal entity.

Who we are

HTMA for Women (https://htmaforwomen.com) is the acquisition and education site for HTMA testing delivered by Valerie at WellbyVal. This policy covers data collected on HTMA for Women; once you're referred to WellbyVal for booking or to Stripe for payment, their own privacy policies apply.

What we collect

  • Contact form data: first name, email, country and any optional message you submit via our contact form. We do not ask for health information through this form, and we ask visitors not to include detailed medical or health information in the message field. If you choose to mention health-related details anyway, we treat that as special category data under GDPR: we use it only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to pass it to WellbyVal to provide practitioner services — never for marketing or analytics.
  • Attribution data: UTM parameters, landing page and referrer, stored in your browser (localStorage) so we can understand which channel led to your enquiry.
  • Analytics data: only if you accept the cookie/analytics banner. We use this to understand aggregate site usage — see "Cookies & analytics" below.
  • Payment data: we never see or store payment details. Purchases are processed entirely by Stripe on their own secure checkout pages.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, to deliver requested information about HTMA packages, and — only with your consent — to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (email delivery) directly to WellbyVal (valerie@wellbyval.com), so your enquiry can be responded to and, where appropriate, so WellbyVal can provide HTMA-related services to you. Payment is processed by Stripe. Consultations and fulfilment are handled by WellbyVal. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage; we do not currently use Meta Pixel or Google Ads tracking.

Cookies & analytics

We show a consent banner before any analytics script runs. Rejecting consent means no analytics cookies are set. Essential site functionality does not depend on analytics cookies.

Data retention

Contact form enquiries that do not proceed to a client relationship or practitioner referral are retained for up to 12 months from submission, after which they are deleted. This retention period also applies to any health-related details a visitor chooses to include in their message. Enquiries that become active clients of WellbyVal are retained by WellbyVal for as long as necessary for that relationship and any applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at valerie@wellbyval.com.
