This page is a terms-of-service framework, not final legal copy. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being relied on as final. HTMA for Women does not currently operate under a separate registered legal entity.
The service
HTMA for Women provides educational information and facilitates introductions to independent practitioners. HTMA for Women does not itself provide medical, diagnostic, laboratory, nutritional or healthcare services. Where a visitor proceeds with HTMA testing, consultation or related services, those services are provided and charged directly by the relevant practitioner, currently Valerie at WellbyVal. The practitioner's own terms, cancellation and refund policies apply to those services.

Payment
Purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages, subject to Stripe's terms. We do not store your payment details.
Cancellations & refunds
HTMA testing and consultations involve costs that are committed upfront on your behalf, including the consultation itself, your hair sample collection kit, laboratory processing fees, and shipping of your results. Because these costs are incurred as soon as a consultation is booked or a sample is sent for analysis, HTMA packages and consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided or the sample has shipped to the lab. HTMA for Women does not take payment for these services directly; payment, cancellation and refund arrangements for HTMA packages and consultations are between you and WellbyVal, and are governed by WellbyVal's own policies.
Limitation of liability
Content on HTMA for Women is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. HTMA results and related information should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
